摘要
建立角接触球轴承套圈沟道轮廓圆度误差模型,考虑轴承圆度误差、谐波次数等沟道参数将轴承组与主轴装配,建立高速电主轴动力学仿真模型,分析了轴承沟道参数及预紧对主轴旋转精度的影响以及轴承公差等级与沟道参数的匹配,结果表明:随预紧量增加,主轴轴端径向位移减小;随圆度误差增大,主轴轴端径向位移增大;谐波次数也会对主轴轴端径向位移产生影响。分析了轴承沟道参数与公差等级的关系,以主轴旋转精度不超过4μm为例说明了不同预紧量下轴承沟道参数的匹配选择。并采用BVT-5轴承振动测试仪测量7010AC轴承外圈振动位移,验证了仿真模型的正确性。
The roundness error model of angular contact ball bearing ring raceway profile is established.Considering raceway parameters such as bearing roundness error and number of harmonics,the bearing group is assembled with spindle,and the dynamic simulation model of high-speed motorized spindle is established.The influence of bearing raceway parameters and preload on rotational accuracy of spindle,and the matching between bearing tolerance grade and raceway parameters are analyzed.The results show that:the radial displacement of spindle end decreases with the increase of preload;the radial displacement of spindle end increases with the increase of roundness error;the number of harmonics will also affect the radial displacement of spindle end.The relationship is analyzed between bearing raceway parameters and tolerance grade.The rotational accuracy of spindle less than 4μm is taken as an example to illustrate the matching selection of bearing raceway parameters under different preloads,and the vibration displacement of 7010AC bearing outer ring is measured by BVT-5 bearing vibration tester to verify the correctness of simulation model.
