摘要
目的观察强脉冲光联合黄极光治疗敏感性皮肤的疗效和安全性。方法将64例敏感性皮肤患者随机分为2组,治疗组给予强脉冲光联合黄极光治疗,对照组只给予强脉冲光治疗,2组均于治疗5次后判定疗效。结果完成全部疗程的治疗组32例,对照组32例。治疗5次后,治疗组和对照组治疗有效率分别为96.88%和78.13%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强脉冲光联合黄极光治疗敏感性皮肤临床效果良好,不良反应少,适合临床推广使用。
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of intense pulsed light combined with yellow aurora in the treatment of sensitive skin.Methods Sixty-four patients with sensitive skin were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with intense pulsed light combined with yellow Aurora,and the control group was only treated with intense pulsed light.The curative effects of the two groups were determined after 5 times of treatment.Results There were 32 cases in the treatment group and 32 cases in the control group.After 5 times of treatment,the effective rates of the treatment group and the control group wer 96.88%and 78.13%respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Intense pulsed light combined with yellow Aurora light has good clinical effect and less adverse reactions in the treatment of sensitive skin,which is suitable for clinical promotion.
