摘要 为有效降低天然气黏度,防止介质在管线内积液,通常需要对天然气进行加热处理,而天然气属于易燃、易爆介质,若与加热元件直接接触,易使加热芯在压力及腐蚀作用下发生爆管,故工程上常采用间接式加热方式,而导热油间接式加热系统由于投资及运行成本低,能在较低的运行压力下获得较高的工作温度,且是封闭式的循环系统,高效节能,在石油化工领域得以广泛应用。对一种间接式、采用MI电缆为电加热元件、利用可控硅技术进行调温控制的导热油加热天然气系统进行技术分析,并对比不同加热结构及控温形式,分析其优势。 In order to effectively reduce the viscosity of natural gas and prevent the medium from accumulating in the pipeline,it is usually necessary to heat the natural gas,and natural gas is a flammable and explosive medium.If it is in direct contact with the heating element,it is easy to cause the heating core to explode under pressure and corrosion.There are safety problems,so the indirect heating method is often used in engineering,and the indirect heating system of heat transfer oil can obtain a higher working temperature at a lower operating pressure due to its low investment and operating costs.Because it is a closed circulation system,it is highly efficient and energy-saving,and is widely used in the petrochemical industry.An indirect heat-conducting oil heating system of natural gas with external heating,which by using MI cable as the electric heating element and silicon controlled rectifier technology to control the power output,was analyzed and its advantages were compared with other structures and temperature control forms.
