摘要
铁路隧道二衬施工时,因为施工工艺、材料等因素,导致中埋式止水带线形弯曲、埋设位置不精准、深浅不一等质量通病。哈牡客专玉白隧道施工中,纵向施工缝中埋式止水带借助纵向托夹“张拉式”安装新技术,另外环向施工缝通过T型定位筋准确定位,引入加劲型止水带,确保了中埋式止水带的位置的准确性、平顺度和深度,提高了防水效果和施工工效,节约了成本。
During the construction of secondary lining of railway tunnel,due to construction technology,materials and other factors,the project is prone to some common quality problems such as linear bending,inaccurate embedding position and different depth of buried-in-middle water stop.In the construction of Yubai tunnel of Harbin-Mudanjiang passenger dedicated line,the embedded water stop in the longitudinal construction joint is installed with the help of the new technology of“tensile style”installation of longitudinal supporting clip.In addition,the circumferential construction joint is accurately positioned through T-shaped positioning bar,and stiffened water stop is introduced,which ensures the accuracy,smoothness and depth of the position of the buried water stop,improves the waterproofing effect and construction efficiency,and saves the cost.
