摘要
防控风险体系的宗旨是保障科技创新企业创新活动的正常运行,以提高孵化企业创新成果的成活率、成功率为目标。文章首先介绍了防控风险体系的内涵,接着阐述了防控风险体系建设主要内容,最后就防控风险体系建设措施及途径展开讨论,以期对国家和地方科技政策以及企业的技术创新提供支撑。
The purpose of risk prevention and control system is to ensure the normal operation of innovation activities of scientific and technological innovation enterprises,and to improve the survival rate and success rate of innovation achievements of incubated enterprises.The article first introduces the connotation of the risk prevention and control system,then expounds the main contents of the risk prevention and control system construction,and finally discusses the measures and ways of the risk prevention and control system construction,in order to provide support for the national and local science and technology policies and the technological innovation of enterprises.
