摘要
为加快西安市对建筑垃圾的再生利用,以西安外环高速公路工程为依托,将建筑垃圾作为路基填料开展试验研究。对建筑垃圾骨料筛分后,将粗骨料按一定比例与细骨料掺合形成骨料用作路基填筑,并通过标准击实试验和CBR试验研究建筑垃圾骨料用作路基填料的性能。研究结果表明,由于粗骨料含量的增加,土料结构逐渐趋于骨架密实结构,故最大干密度也会增大,压实性能更好;建筑垃圾粗骨料含量一定时,CBR值和膨胀量均随击实功的增加而增大,吸水量也随之增加。
In order to speed up the recycling of construction waste in Xi’an,based on Xi’an Outer Ring Expressway project,the construction waste was used as roadbed filler to carry out experimental research.After the construction waste aggregate was screened,the coarse aggregate was mixed with the fine aggregate in a certain proportion to form aggregate for roadbed filling.The performance of construction waste aggregates as roadbed filler was studied by standard compaction test and CBR test.The research results show that due to the increase of the coarse aggregate content,the soil structure gradually tends to a dense skeleton structure,so the maximum dry density also increases,and the compaction performance is better.When the coarse aggregate content of construction waste is constant,CBR value and the expansion amount both increase with the increase of the compaction work,and the water absorption also increases.
