摘要
目的 探讨剖宫产手术患者采取优质护理的效果。方法 选择2018年1月至2020年1月本院接收的120例剖宫产产妇,按照入院顺序分为两组,对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取优质护理,比较两组护理效果。结果 干预后观察组产妇SAS评分低于对照组,观察组产妇相关知识掌握情况评分高于对照组;观察组产妇依从性(95.00%)高于对照组(78.33%);观察组并发症发生率为3.33%,低于对照组并发症发生率(16.67%)(P <0.05)。结论 将优质护理应用于剖宫产手术产妇中,能够对产妇产生积极的影响,产妇在接受优质护理之后,能够减轻产妇焦虑心理,引导其以积极的心态去面对剖宫产手术以及术后疼痛,并且能够拉近护患之间的距离。剖宫产手术患者采取优质护理,能够提高产妇的依从性,提高产妇的知识水平、改善产妇的焦虑情绪,减少并发症的发生率。
Objective The experiment will explore the effect of high-quality nursing for patients undergoing caesarean section.Methods From January 2018 to January 2020,120 cases of caesarean section parturient in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the order of admission.The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given high-quality nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the SAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the scores of the related knowledge of the observation group were higher than that of the control group.Maternal compliance in observation group(95.00%) was higher than that in control group(78.33%).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.33%,which was lower than that in the control group(16.67%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying high-quality nursing to parturient undergoing caesarean section can have a positive impact on parturient.After receiving high-quality nursing,parturient can alleviate their anxiety,guide them to face caesarean section operation and postoperative pain with a positive attitude,and shorten the distance between nurses and patients.High-quality nursing for caesarean section patients can improve the compliance of parturient,improve their knowledge level,improve their anxiety and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical application.
