摘要
膝骨关节炎是一种比较常见的慢性型关节疾病,会对患者的日常生活产生明显影响,甚至有可能引起患者的膝关节变形等更为严重病症。该病的临床症状表现明显,患者发病时疼痛感明显,尤其在天气环境阴冷潮湿时,患者的疼痛感会逐渐加剧并伴随出现关节肿胀现象。在对关节软骨病变、半月板损伤、韧带损伤等膝骨关节炎疾病进行诊断和治疗时,肌骨超声有着比较突出的优越性和先进性,检出率、准确率、特异性都要明显高于普通X射线检测法。本文对肌骨超声检测技术进行了简要分析,并分析了肌骨超声在膝骨关节炎疾病临床诊断和治疗中的应用策略与应用价值。
Knee osteoarthritis is a relatively common chronic joint disease,which will significantly affect the daily life of patients,and may even cause more serious diseases such as knee deformation.The clinical symptoms of the disease are obvious,and the pain of the patient is obvious when the disease occurs,especially when the weather environment is cold and wet,the pain of the patient will gradually worsen and accompany the joint swelling phenomenon.In the diagnosis and treatment of knee osteoarthritis diseases such as articular cartilage lesions,meniscus injuries and ligament injuries,musculoskeletal ultrasound has outstanding advantages and advanced,and the detection rate,accuracy and specificity are significantly higher than ordinary X-ray detection method.In this paper,the musculoskeletal ultrasound detection technology was briefly analyzed,and the application strategy and value of musculoskeletal ultrasound in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of knee osteoarthritis were analyzed.
