摘要
目的:分析糖尿病治疗仪治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:选择2019年4月~2020年4月本院收治的84例糖尿病周围神经病变患者,基于入院顺序分为两组,组间一般资料差异不显著(P>0.05)。对照组患者采用常规药物进行治疗,研究组患者在对照组治疗基础上采用糖尿病治疗仪进行治疗,观察患者TSS评分、神经传导速度以及治疗有效率。结果:治疗前两组患者TSS总评分和各维度评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组患者的TSS总评分和各维度评分均显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者运动神经传导速度和感觉神经传导速度均无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后研究组患者的运动神经传导速度和感觉神经传导速度均显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者总治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对糖尿病周围神经病变患者应用糖尿病治疗仪进行治疗可以有效缓解患者神经病变症状,显著改善患者运动神经和感觉神经传导速度,提高治疗有效率。
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of diabetes therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:84 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were divided into two groups based on admission order.There was no significant difference in general information between groups(P>0.05).The patients in the control group were treated with Mecobalamin by intramuscular injection,while the patients in the study group were treated with diabetes therapeutic apparatus on the basis of the treatment in the control group.The TSS score,the motor nerve conduction velocity and sensory nerve conduction velocity before and after treatment,and the treatment efficiency were observed.Results:There was no significant difference in the total TSS score and each dimension score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the total TSS score and each dimension score of the study group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in motor nerve conduction velocity and sensory nerve conduction velocity between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the motor nerve conduction velocity and sensory nerve conduction velocity of the study group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients with diabetes treatment can effectively alleviate the symptoms of neuropathy,significantly improve the motor nerve and sensory nerve conduction velocity of patients,improve the efficiency of treatment.
