摘要
近年来,中国经济高速发展,但同时环境污染越来越严重,引起社会高度关注。焦炉煤气作为工业发展的产物,虽然直接使用会对环境造成较大伤害,但资源的使用对处于发展中的我们十分重要。因此,如何在最大程度保护环境的基础上最大化资源价值是当前工业发展的重难点。精馏是通过多次气化与冷凝分离不同沸点物质的技术,文章对焦炉煤气制甲醇精馏工段技术改造进行探讨,弥补了之前的设计缺陷,实现了节能减排增效的目的。
In recent years,China's economy has developed rapidly,but at the same time,the environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious,causing high attention from the society.Coke oven gas is a product of industrial development,although its direct use will cause great harm to the environment,the use of resources is very important to us.Therefore,how to maximize the value of resources on the basis of maximum environmental protection is the key and difficult point of the current industrial development.Distillation is the technique of separating different boiling materials through multiple gasification and condensation.This paper discusses the technical transformation of the methanol distillation section from coke oven gas,makes up for the previous design defects,and realizes the purpose of energy conservation,emission reduction and efficiency increase.
