摘要
近几年来,中国钢铁产业实现了高速发展,推动了社会经济水平的飞速提升,同时也满足了日常生产和生活需求,然而在钢铁产业的生产中会消耗大量的焦炭能源,这也为焦炭产业的发展带来了全新的转机。在焦炭资源的开发和应用中,随着需求量的不断提升,中国的焦炭产量也在逐渐上涨,但是在焦炭资源的开发和应用过程中也会产生大量的焦炉煤气副产物,这一副产物的增加也对中国生态环境造成了严重的影响,而且也造成大量的资源浪费。因此,开展重视焦炉煤气的有效利用,通过焦炉煤气制甲醇工艺来降低对大气环境带来的负面影响,同时还可以制备工业上需要的甲烷气体,实现资源节约的效果,满足国内工业产业可持续发展需求。
In recent years,China's iron and steel industry has achieved rapid development,promoted the rapid improvement of social and economic level,and met people’s daily production and life needs.However,a lot of coke energy will be consumed in the production of iron and steel industry,which also brings a new turnaround for the development of the coke industry.In the development and application of the coking coal resources,with the improving of the demand,China’s coke production has also been gradually rise,but in the process of development and application of the coking coal resources will produce large amounts of coke oven gas by-products,the increase of the by-product also caused serious influence to our country ecological environment,but also caused a lot of waste of resources.Therefore,people pay attention to the effective use of coke oven gas,through the coke oven gas methanol process to reduce the negative impact on the atmospheric environment,but also to prepare industrial methane gas,achieve the effect of resource conservation,to meet the needs of sustainable development of China’s industrial industry.
