摘要
研究了氟化工废催化剂中锑的提取和氧化条件,以及提取剂种类和浓度、温度、提取时间、固液比、过氧化氢用量和氧化时间对锑提取和氧化的影响。结果表明,硫酸和酒石酸对废催化剂中锑都有较好的提取效果,但是酒石酸更适合作为提取剂。因为所用酒石酸浓度远低于硫酸浓度,酸度低,提取效果更好,而且杂质溶出少,更容易中和。过氧化氢可用于Sb(Ⅲ)氧化,氧化效果较好,无副产物。因此,以酒石酸为提取剂,过氧化氢为氧化剂,确定了最佳提取和氧化条件为:酒石酸浓度0.14 mol/L,温度40℃,提取时间3 h,固液比1∶30,过氧化氢用量1 mL,氧化时间2 h。在此条件下,废催化剂中锑的提取率为99.5%,氧化率为99.0%,为后续锑的回收奠定了较好的基础。
Leaching and oxidation of antimony from spent catalyst in fluorine chemical industry were investigated.The factors were studied and optimized,such as the kind and concentration of extractant,temperature,leaching time,solid-liquid ratio,the quantity of H2O2 and oxidation time.The results indicate that sulfuric acid and tartaric acid were both effective in the extraction of antimony from spent catalyst.But the tartaric acid was more suitable due to lower concentration and acidity,better extraction,less impurity dissolution and easier to neutralize.The oxidation of Sb(Ⅲ)was effective by H2O2 with no by-products.Therefore,with tartaric acid as extractant and hydrogen peroxide as oxidant,the optimum conditions were determined at the tartaric acid of 0.14 mol/L,temperature of 40℃,leaching time of 3 h,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶30,the quantity of H2O2 of 1 mL,and oxidation time of 2 h.The results show that the leaching and oxidation rate of antimony from spent catalyst were 99.5%and 99.0%.This study established a good foundation for the recovery of antimony from spent catalyst.
