摘要
随着生活垃圾焚烧发电项目的大量建设,所产生的飞灰量与日俱增。飞灰中含有大量的可再利用重金属等资源,主要采用热分离技术、湿法冶金、电化学过程三种飞灰处理方式。本文阐述了关于飞灰的利用及其资源化处理方式,并分析各处理方式的条件及优点。对各资源化处理方式进行对比分析,提出技术协同作用等建议,以期为环境保护、经济与社会效益提供相应的依据。
With the construction of domestic waste incineration power generation projects,the amount of fly ash is increasing day by day.Fly ash contains a large number of reusable heavy metals and other resources.Three fly ash treatment methods are mainly used:thermal separation technology,hydrometallurgy and electrochemical process.This paper expounds the utilization of fly ash and its resource treatment methods,and analyzes the conditions and advantages of each treatment method.The resource treatment methods are compared and analyzed,and suggestions such as technical synergy are put forward in order to provide corresponding basis for environmental protection,economic and social benefits.
