摘要
目的研究不同护理管理模式对肾内科护理质量的影响。方法选择2021年4—11月该院肾内科的26名护士作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各13名。对照组使用传统护理管理模式,观察组使用综合管理模式,对比两组专业知识理论、护理技能操作成绩以及患者护理质量满意度。结果护理管理后,对照组理论成绩为(73.60±3.90)分、技能操作成绩为(78.00±3.60)分,低于观察组的(83.80±3.80)分、(83.40±3.50)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.748、3.871,P<0.05);对照组患者的护理质量满意度为66.67%低于观察组的94.44%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肾内科护理人员进行综合护理管理,可以明显提高肾内科护理人员的专业理论知识和护理技能操作,也可以有效提升患者对护理质量的满意度。
Objective To study the influence of different nursing management modes on the nursing quality of nephrology department.Methods 26 nurses in the Department of Nephrology of the hospital from April to November 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 13 nurses in each group.The nurses in the control group used the traditional nursing management mode,and the nurses in the observation group used the comprehensive management mode.The results of professional knowledge theory,nursing skill operation and patients'satisfaction with nursing quality were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of theory was(73.60±3.90)points and skill operation was(78.00±3.60)points in the control group were lower than those in the observation group(83.80±3.80)points and(83.40±3.50)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.748,3.871,P<0.05);the satisfaction of nursing quality in the control group was 66.67%,which was lower than 94.44%in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing management of nursing staff in nephrology department can significantly improve the professional theoretical knowledge and nursing skills of nursing staff in nephrology department,and can also effectively improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing quality.
