摘要
目的探讨风险管理联合绩效考核在医院急诊科护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取该院2020年1—12月80例医院急诊科患者和30名护理人员,随机数表法分组。每组15名护理人员、40例患者。常规管理组对护理人员给予常规护理管理,风险联合绩效组对护理人员采取风险管理联合绩效考核。比较两组护理人员对于医院急诊科工作环境、绩效机制、个人发展空间、人文关怀等的满意度,医院急诊科护理工作质量,护理风险发生率,患者的满意度。结果风险联合绩效组满意度高于常规管理组,医院急诊科护理工作质量高于常规管理组,护理风险发生率低于常规管理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。风险联合绩效组患者满意度高于常规管理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风险管理联合绩效考核用于医院急诊科护理管理中可获得较好的成效,可提高医院急诊科护理工作质量,减少护理风险发生,提高护理人员和患者的满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of risk management combined with performance assessment in the nursing management of hospital emergency department.Methods A total of 80 patients and 30 nursing staff in the emergency department of the hospital from January to December 2020 were selected and grouped by random number table method 15 nursing staff and 40 patients in each group.The routine management group was given routine nursing management to nursing staff,and the risk joint performance group adopted risk management joint performance assessment for nursing staff.The two groups of nurses were compared in terms of their satisfaction with the working environment,performance mechanism,personal development space,and humanistic care in the hospital emergency department,the quality of nursing work in the hospital emergency department,the incidence of nursing risks,and the satisfaction of patients.Results The satisfaction of risk combined performance group was higher than that of routine management group,the quality of nursing work in hospital emergency department was higher than that of routine management group,and the incidence of nursing risk was lower than that of routine management group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The patient satisfaction in the risk combined performance group was higher than that in the routine management group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Risk management combined with performance assessment can achieve good results in the nursing management of hospital emergency department,which can improve the quality of nursing work in hospital emergency department,reduce the occurrence of nursing risks,and improve the satisfaction of nursing staff and patients.
