摘要
目的研究分析优质护理服务示范病区应用护理服务文化的效果。方法随机抽取该院2019年1月—2020年12月建设优质护理服务示范病区期间的患者210例及医务人员90名,根据是否在示范病区将其分为研究组与对照组,研究组共包括105例患者及45名医务人员,均在示范病区,实施护理服务文化建设,对照组共包括105例患者及45名医务人员,均在非示范病区,实施常规护理管理,观察评估两组临床护理质量、患者护理管理满意度及医生护理满意度。结果研究组仪表与纪律、工作质量、优质服务、专业能力、护理安全、院内感染控制评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者护理管理总满意为88.57%,研究组患者护理管理总满意率为97.14%,研究组患者护理管理总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组医生护理总满意为75.00%,研究组医生护理总满意率为100.00%,研究组医生护理总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在优质护理服务示范病区实施护理服务文化建设能够有效提升临床护理工作质量,提高患者护理管理满意度及医生的护理满意度。
Objective To study and analyze the effect of applying nursing service culture in high-quality nursing service demonstration wards.Methods The research subjects were 210 patients and 90 medical staff who were randomly surveyed during the construction of a high-quality nursing service demonstration ward in the hospital from January 2019 to December 2020.Patients and medical staff were divided into study group and control group according to whether they were in the demonstration ward or not.The research group included a total of 105 patients and 45 medical staff,all of whom were in the demonstration ward,and implemented the construction of nursing service culture.The control group included a total of 105 patients and 45 medical staff,all of whom were in the non-demonstration ward,and implemented routine nursing management.The clinical nursing quality,patient nursing management satisfaction and doctor nursing satisfaction were observed and evaluated in the two groups.Results The scores of appearance and discipline,work quality,high-quality service,professional ability,nursing safety,and nosocomial infection control in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of patients in the control group was 88.57%,and the overall satisfaction rate of patients in the study group was 97.14%.The overall satisfaction rate of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of doctors in the control group was 75.00%,and the total nursing satisfaction rate of doctors in the research group was 100.00%. The total nursing satisfaction rate of doctors in the research group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing nursing service culture construction in high-quality nursing service demonstration wards can effectively improve the quality of clinical nursing work, improve patient nursing management satisfaction and doctors' nursing satisfaction.
