摘要
目的分析层级护理管理在普外科护理管理中的应用价值。方法选取2019年5月—2020年10月该院的50名普外科护理人员作为该次研究对象,依据抽签法将其分为两组,每组25名。对照组实施常规管理,观察组实施层级护理管理,对比两组的护理质量、管理满意度及专业技能。结果观察组护理质量各项评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组管理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理技能高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论层级护理管理在普外科护理管理中的应用,可以改善管理满意度,并提升整体护理质量与护理技能,值得临床广泛推荐。
Objective To analyze the application value of hierarchical nursing management in general surgery nursing management.Methods Fifty general surgery nurses in the hospital were selected as the research objects from May 2019 to October 2020.They were divided into two groups according to the lottery method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was administered routine management,and the observation group was administered hierarchical nursing management.The nursing quality,management satisfaction and professional skills of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing quality scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing skills of the observation group were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of hierarchical nursing management in general surgery nursing management can improve management satisfaction,and improve the overall nursing quality and nursing skills,which is worthy of wide clinical recommendation.
