摘要
在复杂多变竞争激烈的医疗市场环境下,在风起云涌的医药卫生体制改革浪潮下,高校附属医院必须采用先进的绩效管理模式才能实现高质量发展,提升整体核心竞争力。卓越绩效管理模式追求的目标和理念,正契合当前高校附属医院发展和改革的方向。该文分析了卓越绩效管理模式在高校附属医院的应用难点、对策,从强调一把手工程、营造医院绩效文化氛围、加强绩效管理系统培训、注重全面绩效管理、加强质量管理、强化过程管理以及信息建设几个方面探讨了确保其有效实施的路径。
Under the complex,ever-changing and highly competitive medical market environment,and under the surging wave of medical and health system reform,hospitals affiliated to colleges and universities must adopt advanced performance management models to achieve high-quality development and enhance their overall core competitiveness.The goals and concepts pursued by the excellent performance management model are in line with the current development and reform direction of hospitals affiliated to colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the application difficulties and countermeasures of the excellent performance management model in the affiliated hospitals of colleges and universities,from emphasizing the top-ranking project,creating a cultural atmosphere of hospital performance,strengthening the training of performance management system,focusing on overall performance management,strengthening quality management,strengthening process management and information construction several aspects explore paths to ensure its effective implementation.
