构建无偿献血“血站+”宣传招募策略的做法与效果

摘要 1998年《献血法》实施以来,我国无偿献血水平明显提升,但血液采供仍处于紧平衡状态。随着人民对医疗服务需求的不断增长,临床用血需求必将快速增长。如何提升无偿献血宣传招募效果,保障临床用血需求,仍是当前无偿献血工作关注的重点。攀枝花市积极贯彻落实《献血法》有关规定,以采供血机构为主导,从组建队伍、提升能力、宣传招募、规范管理等方面入手,探索构建无偿献血“血站+”宣传招募策略,扩大了宣传招募工作覆盖面,提升了宣传招募工作的有效性,推动了无偿献血工作的良好发展。 Since the implementation of the"Blood Donation Law"in 1998,the level of unpaid blood donation in my country has increased significantly,but blood collection and supply are still in a tight balance.With the continuous growth of people's demand for medical services,the demand for clinical blood is bound to grow rapidly.How to improve the publicity and recruitment effect of voluntary blood donation and ensure clinical blood demand is still the focus of current voluntary blood donation work.Panzhihua City actively implements the relevant provisions of the"Blood Donation Law",with blood collection and supply institutions as the leading role,starting from the establishment of teams,improving capabilities,publicity and recruitment,and standardized management,etc,to explore the construction of"blood bank+"publicity and recruitment strategies for voluntary blood donation.The coverage of publicity and recruitment work has improved the effectiveness of publicity and recruitment work,and promoted the sound development of unpaid blood donation work.
