霉菌毒素吸附剂-植物精油复合物和霉菌毒素吸附剂-有机酸复合物对蛋鸡盲肠菌群的影响 被引量:1

Effects of mycotoxin adsorbent-organic acid complex and mycotoxin adsorbent-essential oil complex on cecal microflora in laying hens

摘要 为研究霉菌毒素吸附剂(MA)与植物精油(EO)或有机酸(OA)的复合物对蛋鸡盲肠微生物多样性、菌群结构及物种丰度的影响,试验选取270只29周龄的健康罗曼蛋鸡,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复15只。对照组(CON组)饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加0.65 g/kg MA-OA复合物(MOA组)和0.70 g/kg MA-EO复合物(MEO组)的试验饲粮。预试期7 d,正试期70 d。结果表明:(1)各组间盲肠菌群α多样性指数均无显著差异(P>0.05)。β多样性分析显示,与CON组相比,MOA组盲肠菌群结构分布相对零散,物种相似度较低。(2)在门水平上,与CON组相比,MEO组、MOA组绿湾菌门相对丰度显著降低(P<0.05),梭杆菌门相对丰度有一定降低(P>0.05)。(3)在属水平上,与CON组相比,MOA组、MEO组理研菌属相对丰度有提高的趋势(P=0.099),肠球菌属相对丰度有降低的趋势(P=0.097);MOA组帕拉普氏菌属相对丰度显著降低(P<0.05),瘤胃梭菌属_1相对丰度显著提高(P<0.05),不动杆菌属和丁酸球菌属相对丰度有提高的趋势(0.05≤P<0.10)。(4)LEfSe分析显示,与CON组相比,MOA组乳酸杆菌属、瘤胃梭菌属_1、未明确克里斯滕森菌科和理研菌属显著富集。由此可见,饲粮中添加MA-OA复合物能够在一定程度上提高蛋鸡盲肠微生物多样性,优化肠道菌群结构。 This study was conducted to investigate the effects of mycotoxin adsorbent(MA)and organic acid(OA)complex and MA and essential oil(EO)complex on cecal microbial diversity,microbiota structure,and species richness of laying hens.A total of 270 healthy 29-week-old laying hens were randomly divided into 3 groups with 6 replicates per group and 15 hens per replicate.Hens in the control group were fed a basal diet,hens in experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.65 g/kg MA-OA complex(group MOA),0.70 g/kg MA-EO complex(group MEO),respectively.The adjustment period lasted for 1 week,and the experimental period lasted for 10 weeks.The results showed as follows:(1)Dietary MA-OA complex and MA-EO complex had no effects on cecal microflora alpha diversity indexes(P>0.05).Theβdiversity analysis showed that the cecal microflora structure distribution of group MOA was relatively scattered and had lower similarity compared with the control group.(2)At the phylum level,compared with the control group,the relative abundance of Chloroflexi in cecum of experimental groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the relative abundance of Fusobacteria in cecum was decreased to some extent(P>0.05).(3)At the genus level,compared with the control group,the relative abundance of Rikenella in cecum of experimental groups had a trend to increase(P=0.099),the relative abundance of Enterococcus in cecum had a trend to decrease(P=0.097);the relative abundance of Paraprevotella in cecum of group MOA was significantly decreased(P<0.05),the relative abundance of Ruminiclostridium_1 in cecum was significantly increased(P<0.05),the relative abundances of Acinetobacter and Butyricicoccus in cecum had a trend to increase(0.05≤P<0.10).(4)Compared with the control group,the abundance of Lactobacillus,Ruminiclostridium_1,Christensenellaceae_norank and Rikenella in cecum of group MOA was significantly increased(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary supplemented with MA-OA complex could improve the bacterial diversity and optimize intestinal microbiota structure in cecum of laying hens to a certain extent.
