摘要
目的探讨冷露凉消散联合手法复位小夹板外固定治疗Smith骨折早期的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年7月长沙市中医医院南院创伤一科住院部收治的60例屈曲型桡骨远端骨折患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与试验组,每组各30例。试验组患者予以冷露凉消散外敷配合手法复位小夹板固定,对照组患者仅予以手法复位小夹板外固定配合冰敷。所有患者术后观察10 d,比较两组患者的患肢肿胀程度、腕部视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分优良率、腕关节解剖结构关系。结果治疗后第3、5、7、10天,试验组患者的患肢肿胀程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后第3、5、10天,试验组患者的VAS评分优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。复位后第1、5、10天,两组患者的腕关节解剖结构比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论冷露凉消散具有活血化瘀、消肿止痛、促进骨折愈合的功效,是骨折早期肿痛有效的治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of Lenglu Liangxiao Power combined with manual reduction and external fixation with small splint in the treatment of Smith fracture in the early stage.Methods From January 2020 to July 2021,60 patients with flexion-type distal radius fractures who were admitted to the First Inpatient Department of Trauma,South Branch,Changsha Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,30 cases in each group.The experimental group was given Lenglu Liangxiao Power combined with manual reduction and small splint fixation,while the control group was only given manual reduction and small splint external fixation combined with ice application.All patients were observed 10 d after surgery,and the relationship between the swelling degree of affected limb,the excellent and good rate of visual analog scale(VAS)score and the anatomical structure of wrist joints between the two groups were compared.Results On day 3^(rd),5^(th),7^(th) and 10^(th) after treatment,the swelling degree of affected limb in experimental group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).On day 3^(rd),5^(th) and 10^(th) after treatment,VAS score of experimental group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).On the 1^(st),5^(th) and 10^(th) day after reduction,there was no statistically significant difference in wrist anatomical structure between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Lenglu Liangxiao Power has the effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,reducing swelling and relieving pain,promoting fracture healing,and is an effective treatment for early swelling and pain of fracture.
