摘要 采用预聚法,将改性后的纳米CaCO_(3)粒子掺杂到聚氨酯鞋底原液中,固化后得到纳米CaCO_(3)复合聚氨酯材料鞋底,考察纳米复合材料对运动鞋底的摩擦学性能及耐磨性能的影响。结果表明,纳米复合材料的加入,能够显著提高运动鞋底的摩擦学性能及耐磨性能。 The modified nano-CaCO_(3) particles were doped into the original solution of polyurethane sole by the method of prepolymerization,and the nano-CaCO_(3) composite polyurethane sole was obtained after curing.The influence of nano-CaCO_(3) composite material on the tribological properties and wear resistance of sports sole was investigated.The results show that the addition of nano-composite material can significantly improve the tribological properties and wear resistance of sports sole.
