摘要
新时代思想政治理论课迈向高质量发展阶段。大中小思政课一体化建设作为思想政治理论课改革的重要内容,其实现高质量发展需加强统筹规划突破不同学段之间协同乏力的瓶颈。质量监测作为提升教育质量的有效途径,以系统性而非单一质量监测指标准确反映出不同学段层次性、特殊性,以过程性、延续性而非阶段性的教育质量评价目标串联起一体化建设,由此提升建设质量。在具体实践上,通过发展完备的质量监测体系,既容纳大中小各学段的共性与个性特征,又突出培养学生关键能力的重点考察,在不同层次、主体的相互协作中,不断提升质量监测点设计的适恰性,从而充分发挥出质量监测效能。
In the new era, ideological and political courses are moving towards a stage of high-quality development. As an important part of the reform of ideological and political courses, the integrated construction of primary and secondary schools and universities needs to strengthen integrated planning to break the bottleneck of weak coordination between different academic sections. As an effective way to improve the quality of education, quality monitoring accurately reflects the hierarchy and specificity of different sections with systematic indicators rather than single quality monitoring ones, and connects the integrated construction with process-based and continuous evaluation objectives rather than periodical ones, so as to improve the quality of construction. In practice, a complete quality monitoring system is developing to accommodate both the common and individual characteristics of all sections, highlight the key examination of the cultivation of students’ key abilities, and continuously improves the appropriateness of the design of quality monitoring points through the mutual collaboration of different levels and subjects, thus giving full play to the effectiveness of quality monitoring.
