摘要
本试验采用高效液相色谱-荧光检测法对食品中玉米赤霉烯酮进行测定。结果表明:F-2毒素在5~250 ng/mL范围内线性关系良好,线性方程为y=0.956493X-1.27846,r=0.9996,回收率83.20%~99.09%,检出限和定量限均低于标准要求。经对阳性质控样品分析后,结果满意,此方法能用于日常监管的检验检测分析。
A high-performance liqiud chromatography-atom fluorescence spectrometry method for the analysis of kinds of food was established.The results showed that the linear equations of ZEA was y=0.956493X-1.27846,r=0.9996,linear range is 5~250 ng/mL.The average recoveries were in the range of 83.2%~99.09%.The detection limit and quantification limit were lower than the standard requirements.The results are satisfactory after analyzing the positive quality control samples.This method can be used in the daily supervision of the inspection and testing analysis.
