爆破切口高度对小高宽比框架结构爆破拆除效果的影响 被引量:1

Influence of Blasting Cut Height on Demolition Blasting Effect of Frame Structure with Small height-width Ratio

摘要 为进一步研究爆破切口高度对小高宽比框架结构倒塌效果的影响规律,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件,通过建立分离式共节点钢筋混凝土框架结构模型,根据倒塌角理论,依次取倒塌角为20°、25°、30°、35°、35°(松动爆破)、40°。对6种不同爆破切口下结构的倒塌效果进行模拟,将数值模拟结果导入到后处理软件LS-PrePost中进行处理,将1 s作为时间间隔,以结构竖向塌落速度小于200 mm/s为倒塌完成时刻并与工程实际进行对比。研究结果表明:随着爆破切口高度的增加,积累能量也就越多,结构的后坐距离也不断增加,且增速呈上升趋势;而爆堆高度和爆破切口的高度成反比,且随切口高度的增加逐渐趋于稳定。对爆破拆除小高宽比框架结构的类似工程要尽量避免过大的爆破切口高度,合适的爆破切口高度为上仰夹角在30°~35°。 In order to further study the influence of blasting cut height on the collapse effect of frame structure with small height-width ratio,ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element software was used to establish the model of reinforced concrete frame structure with common joints.According to the collapse angle theory,the collapse angles were set as 20°,25°,30°,35°,35°(loose blasting)and 40°respectively.The collapse effect of the structure under six different blasting incisions was simulated,and the numerical simulation results were imported into the post-processing software LS-PREPOST for processing.The time interval was one second,and the vertical collapse speed of the structure was less than 200 mm/s as the completion time of the collapse,and the comparison was made with the actual engineering.The results show that with the increase of the blasting cut height,the accumulated energy is more,the recoil distance of the structure is also increased,and the growth rate is on the rise.The height of blasting pile is inversely proportional to the height of blasting cut and tends to be stable with the increase of cut height.For similar projects of blasting demolition of frame structures with small height-width ratio,excessive blasting cut height should be avoided as far as possible,and the appropriate elevation angle for blasting cut the should be between 30°and 35°.
