大团山矿床大盘区一步骤回采地压控制技术优化

摘要 为解决大盘区一步骤回采矿房易冒落问题以及由此而导致的影响安全回采和矿石贫化损失较大的不足,针对采空区暴露面积大、空间跨度大等不利因素,结合采场地压特点、大盘区回采具体条件及回采工艺,对矿房地压控制技术进行了优化,以避免或削弱地压危害影响。采取了爆破范围拱形控制、盘区中部后采以及自下而上强采少出矿、采完强出矿等措施,实现了安全高效低成本开采,且矿石的贫化率由峰值时的18.23%降低到11.87%,损失率由15.5%降低到12.79%,可为国内同类型矿山开采提供借鉴。 In order to solve the problem of one step mining in large panel area,the prone roof falling in mining room and the resulting issues that affect the safety production and the loss of ore dilution,the optimization of the ground pressure control technology was proposed in view of the unfavorable factors such as the large exposed area of the mined-out area and the large span of space.The characteristics of the stope pressure,the specific conditions,and the mining technology of the large-scale mining area were couple considered,and the measures such as arch control of the blasting range,back mining in the middle of the panel,bottom-up strong mining and less mining,and strong mining after mining were adopted,so as to avoid or weaken the impact of ground pressure hazards.As a result,the safe,efficient and low-cost mining is realized,and the ore dilution rate is reduced from 18.23% to 11.87%,while the loss rate is reduced from15.5% to 12.79%.The proposed technology can provide reference for domestic mining of the similar mines.
