摘要
为高效综合利用湖南某多金属矿中的铋及确定矿石中铋的合理选矿工艺流程,进行了工艺试验研究。研究结果表明:采用粗选作业和精选作业分段浮选流程,在磨矿细度为-0.074mm73.46%时,以乙硫氮作捕收剂、BK205作起泡剂进行铋、硫全浮,铋、硫混合粗精矿再进行铋、硫分离,精选采用石灰和新型环保药剂BK516作抑制剂,获得了铋精矿铋品位28.57%、铋回收率86.81%的试验指标;该工艺流程结构简单,操作性强,可为该矿石中铋、硫资源的综合回收提供技术依据。
In order to high efficiently and comprehensively utilize bismuth in a polymetallic ore in Hunan and determine the reasonable beneficiation process of bismuth in ore,the process test was carried out.The results show that using the roughing operation and the cleaning operation staged flotation process,when the grinding fineness is -0.074 mm 73.46%,the total flotation of bismuth and sulfur is carried out with ethyl sulfide nitrogen as collector and BK205 as foaming agent. The bismuth and sulfur are separated from the mixed rough concentrate of bismuth and sulfur. Lime and new environmental protection agent BK516 are used as inhibitors in the concentration.The test indexes of bismuth concentrate with bismuth grade of 28.57% and bismuth recovery rate of 86.81% are obtained.The process has simple structure and strong operability,which can provide technical basis for comprehensive recovery of bismuth and sulfur resources in the ore.
