摘要
梅山矿业针对浮选给药系统药剂单耗高的问题,进行了浮选数控给药系统工业试验与研究。通过将浮选作业原有给药系统升级为数控给药系统,收集工业试验前后浮选质量指标和药剂消耗指标,统计并分析了数控加药系统对浮选的影响。试验结果表明:数控给药系统使用后,获得的浮选作业硫精矿品位为34.37%、硫回收率达67.51%,捕收剂单耗58.07 g/t,起泡剂单耗43.76 g/t,数控给药系统可有效提高浮选回收率,降低浮选药剂消耗。
Meishan Mining has carried out industrial experiments and research on the flotation numerical control dosing system in view of the problem of high unit consumption of the flotation dosing system. By upgrading the original dosing system of the flotation operation to a numerical control dosing system,the flotation quality indicators and the pharmaceutical consumption indicators both before and after the industrial test were conducted,and the impact of the numerical control dosing system on the flotation was statistically analyzed. The test results show that: after the use of the numerical control dosing system,the obtained flotation operation sulfur concentrate grade is 34.37%,the sulfur recovery rate is 67.51%,the collector unit consumption is 58.07 g/t,and the foaming agent unit consumption is 43.76 g/t. The numerical control dosing system can effectively improve the flotation recovery rate and reduce the consumption of flotation reagents.
