摘要
在我国社会发展的背景下,对基础建设设施水平要求有所提高,再加上投资金额逐渐增长,对建筑施工企业来说是一个巨大的发展机遇,可以推动建筑施工企业规模的扩大甚至是整个行业的进步,但是也正是由于建筑施工企业规模的扩大,导致企业内部资金管理面临着严峻的风险,资金筹措过程当中的筹资风险、不可抗力因素导致的资金沉没风险,项目进度款中支付存在的风险、资金回收风险等都会造成建筑施工企业产生最大的经济损失,阻碍建筑施工企业的可持续发展,所以需要相关工作人员加强对企业资金管理风险的重视,制定相应的防范措施,确保可以有效地规避资金风险,以此来促进建筑施工企业的长久发展,该文主要阐述了企业资金管理风险以及防范措施。
In the context of China’s social development, the improvement of the requirements for the level of infrastructure and the gradual increase of investment amount is a huge development opportunity for construction enterprises, which can promote the expansion of the scale of construction enterprises and even the progress of the whole industry. However, due to the expansion of the scale of construction enterprises, the internal fund management of enterprises is facing severe risks. The financing risk in the process of fund-raising, the risk of fund sinking caused by force majeure, the risk of payment in the project progress payment and the risk of fund collection will cause the largest economic losses to the construction enterprises and hinder the sustainable development of the construction enterprises, Therefore, relevant staff need to pay more attention to the risk of enterprise fund management and formulate corresponding preventive measures to ensure that the fund risk can be effectively avoided, so as to promote the long-term development of construction enterprises.
