摘要
社会经济稳定发展背景下,为建筑行业提供了新的发展机遇。建筑项目施工中,项目施工造价预算控制与行业市场环境、项目施工等因素联系紧密。实际施工中为了保障项目顺利施工,为企业创造更多经济效益,严格依照造价预算管理措施开展项目施工。基于此,针对建筑项目预算编制要点及其对项目造价产生的影响,该文从以下几方面进行了简单分析,希望对相关领域研究有帮助。
Under the background of stable social and economic development, it provides new development opportunities for the construction industry. In the construction of engineering projects, the budget control of project construction cost is closely related to industry market environment, project construction and other factors. In the actual construction, in order to ensure the smooth construction of the project and create more economic benefits for the enterprise, the project construction is carried out in strict accordance with the cost budget management measures.
