摘要
作为城乡融合基础及动力的产业融合对实现区域可持续发展和缩小城乡差距起着不可或缺的作用。从城乡融合视角解析产业融合的内涵,在此基础上构建综合评价指标体系,运用熵值法测度2003—2018年杭州市产业融合水平并预测未来发展趋势。结果表明:杭州市产业融合水平逐年提高,产业融合发展效应优于行为表现,未来几年将实现高度融合;农业服务业发展态势良好,但生态休闲农业、农产品加工业发展仍有较大的提升空间;产业融合的经济、生态、社会效应初步显现,但空间效应尚未充分显现。
As the foundation and driving force of urban-rural integration,industrial integration plays an indispensable role in realizing regional sustainable development and narrowing the urban-rural gap.This paper analyzes the connotation of industrial integration from the perspective of urban-rural integration,constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system on this basis,and uses the entropy method to measure the level of industrial integration in Hangzhou from 2003 to 2018.Based on the above steps,the future development trend of Hangzhou’s industry integration is predicted.The results show that:the level of industry integration in Hangzhou has been improving year by year,and the effect of industry integration development was better than the behavior performance of it,it will reach a high degree in the next few years;the development trend of agricultural service industry was good,however,there were still great space for the further development of ecological leisure agriculture and agricultural product processing industry;the economic,ecological and social effect of industry integration were initially manifested,but the spatial effect has not yet fully emerged.
