摘要
高校教育质量的评价不仅关系到高校教师专业素质的提高,更有利于学生获取有益的知识体系,帮助学生建立健全踏实可靠的学习理念。这样学生才可以获得更好的就业机会,满足社会各方面对复合型人才的要求和需求。然而,现有高校的教育质量评价体系存在诸多问题,制约了教师和学生之间互相促进,互相成就的机会。农学相关专业学科作为基础专业学科,学生对专业的兴趣度相对较弱。教师面对学生,互动性不强,仅以完成教学任务为目的,长此恶性循环,势必会导致教育质量评价体系的失调。因此通过找出教学质量评价的共性问题,结合农学专业的特点,初步探究建立农学专业教育质量评价体系的方法至为重要和亟须。
The quality evaluation of college education is not only related to the improvement of the professional quality of college teachers,but is also conducive to the acquisition of a useful knowledge system for students,which can help students establish a sound and reliable learning concept.In this way,students can obtain better employment opportunities and meet the requirements and needs of all parties in society for compound talents.However,there are many problems in the current education quality evaluation system of colleges and universities,which restrict the opportunities for teachers and students to promote each other and achieve each other.Agronomyrelated professional disciplines are basic professional disciplines,and students’interest in majors is relatively weak.In classroom teaching,teachers are not very interactive and only aim to complete teaching tasks.The longterm non-virtuous circle will inevitably lead to the imbalance of the education quality evaluation system.On the basis of text analysis,this paper finds out the common problems of teaching quality evaluation,and combines the characteristics of agronomy majors,and initially explores the method of establishing an agronomy education quality evaluation system.
