软岩巷道变形破坏特征及锚注一体化支护技术 被引量:11

摘要 平煤十矿-320m第二变电所位于砂质泥岩中,受矿压显现影响,巷道底板、两帮出现大变形,普通支护难以满足要求,采用高强锚注一体化支护技术对巷道进行修复。通过钻孔窥视仪对各深度岩层裂隙发育状况进行了观测,并以此为基础对围岩变形破坏特征进行了分析,得出了巷道变形量大、难以支护的原因;借助数值模拟方法对原支护与高强锚注一体化支护方案进行了对比分析,结果表明,高强锚注支护可在很大程度上控制围岩的变形;实际应用效果表明,采用高强锚注一体化支护后巷道在较短时间内即可达到稳定,围岩变形从根本上得到了控制,该技术对控制软岩巷道变形具有明显的技术应用效果。 The second substation at the-320 m level in Pingmei No.10 Mine is in sandy mudstone. Affected by the ground pressure behavior, the floor and two sides of the roadway deformed seriously and the traditional support could not control the deformation, so it is necessary to repair the roadway with high-strength integrated bolt-grouting support technology. The deformation and damage characteristics of rock was analyzed by observing the fractured zone at various depths with stratascope peeping, and the reason for the large deformation and supporting difficulty was obtained. Numerical simulation was used to compare the original support and integrated bolt-grouting support, and the result show that, the roadway deformation is under control with the integrated bolt-grouting. The field application showed that, the roadway was stabilized in a short time with the integrated bolt-grouting, and the deformation was controlled fundamentally. The technology was effective for deformation control of soft rock roadway.
