地下通道侧墙结构早期裂缝控制技术研究

摘要 针对某地下通道的侧墙结构,采用midas Civil有限元软件比较了施工环节中影响结构开裂的主要因素:入模温度、模板类型、拆模时间、养护时长,根据数值分析的结果推荐了该侧墙结构合理的裂缝控制方案。数值分析的结果表明:降低入模温度、选择木模板、延长拆模时间、增加养护时长,有利于减小大体积混凝土侧墙结构早期的开裂风险。从工程应用情况看,该方案切实可行,取得了良好的裂缝控制效果。 Aiming at the sidewall structure of an underground passage,the main factors affecting the cracking of sidewall structure during the construction process were analyzed and compared by using midas Civil finite element software:molding temperature,formwork type,formwork removal time and maintenance time.According to the results of numerical analysis,a reasonable crack control scheme of the sidewall structure was recommended.The results of numerical analysis showed that reducing the molding temperature,selecting wood formwork,prolonging the formwork removal time and increasing the curing time were conducive to reducing the early cracking risk of mass concrete sidewall structure.From the engineering application,the scheme was feasible and had achieved good crack control effect.
