虚拟仿真在工业机器人自动生产线工作站教学中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 随着工业机器人应用领域的不断扩大,工业机器人应用人才的需求不断增加,越来越多的高职院校开设了工业机器人技术专业。在工业机器人相关课程的教学中,需要依托具体的工业机器人工作站,而相关设备的价格较高,所需的场地较大,受资金和场地等条件的制约,学校实训设备数量较少,生均操作时间有限。针对实训设备数量和操作时间的局限性,文章以实训室工业机器人自动生产线工作站为例,采用虚实结合的方法,利用RobotStudio软件完成工作站的搭建、动态Smart组件创建、RAPID程序设计、工作站逻辑设定和仿真调试,最后将仿真调试好的机器人程序导入实体设备上进行验证。通过借助RobotStudio仿真,降低了实训成本,同时提高了实训效率,教学效果也会随之得到提高,在一定程度上也解决了学生在课前自学和课后拓展阶段没有机会进行实体操作的问题。 With the continuous expansion of industrial robot application field,the demand for industrial robot application engineers is continuously increasing,and more and more vocational colleges have set up industrial robot technology courses.In the teaching process,it is necessary to rely on specific industrial robot workstations.However,the price of relevant setup is usually high,and the investment for required site is large.Due to the restriction of capital and site conditions,the number of practical training equipment in schools is usually scarce,and the operation time is not enough for each student.In view of the limitations of the number of training equipment and operation time,taking the industrial robot automatic production line workstation as an example in this paper,the virtual and real strategy is adopted to this study.Through creating the dynamic Smart components,designing the RAPID program,conducting the logic setting of workstations and the simulation debugging,and finally completing the construction of workstation with RobotStudio software.Lastly,the robot program which is simulated and debugged is imported into the physical device for verification.With the help of RobotStudio simulation,the cost of practical training is reduced and the efficiency of practical training is improved,and also the teaching effect will be improved.To some certain extent,it also solves the problem that students have no chance to conduct physical operation in the stage of pre-class self-study and after-class extension.
