摘要
加强基层体育社会组织治理对于推动乡村体育发展,促进实现农业农村现代化具有重要意义。运用文献资料法等研究方法,阐释了基层体育社会组织在推进农业农村现代化中的作用,梳理了基层体育社会组织治理面临党建工作存在短板、治理体系有待健全、治理结构仍需完善的困境。研究分析了韧性治理的内涵及其引入基层体育社会组织治理的必要性,提出了“党建引领”的基层体育社会组织治理路径,依次构建“三治融合”的基层体育社会组织治理体系,打造“多元协同”的基层体育社会组织治理结构的实施路径。
It is of great significance to strengthen the governance of grass-roots sports social organizations in promoting the development of rural sports and the realization of agricultural rural modernization. By using the methods of literature review and so on,this paper explained the role of grassroots sports social organizations in promoting agricultural and rural modernization,and combed out the difficulties that the governance of grassroots sports social organizations is facing with the short board of Party construction,governance system and governance structure need to be improved. It analyzed the connotations of resilience governance and the necessity of introducing it to the governance of grassroots sports social organizations,put forward the governance paths of grassroots sports social organizations under the leadership of CPC,constructs the governance system of grassroots sports social organizations with“Three governance integration”,created the implementation path of the governance structure of grassroots sports social organizations with“multi-coordination”.
