摘要
通过Illumina MiSeq高通量测序技术对堡子酒样品的大曲进行测序,解析其中微生物群落结构,并进行功能基因预测.结果表明,堡子酒样品大曲中细菌和真菌的菌群分布情况存在差异,细菌菌群丰富度和均匀程度都比真菌菌群高.进一步进行物种组成分析,得出在细菌门类水平上,丰度高的门为变形菌门、厚壁菌门和蓝细菌门,分别占总丰度的43.8%、37.7%和13.5%.子囊菌门为真菌门类水平绝对优势菌群,占比为99.1%.泛菌属、乳酸杆菌属和链霉菌属为细菌属水平的优势菌属,占比依次为35.4%、17.5%和13.5%.孢圆酵母属在真菌菌群属水平占有优势,占比为52.6%.对该样品进行功能基因预测分析,得出结论:细菌中某些功能的表达水平相对较高.
In this paper,Illumina MiSeq high-throughput sequencing technology was used to sequence Daqu,a sample of Qingxiang liquor,to analyze the microbial community structure in Daqu,and to predict the functional genes of the microorganisms.The results showed that there were differences in the distribution of bacteria and fungi at different levels in Daqu,and the richness and uniformity of the bacterial flora was higher than that of fungi.The species composition analysis of the samples showed that the most abundant phyla were Proteobacteria,Firmicutes,and Cyanobacteria at the bacterial phylum level,accounting for 43.8%,37.7%,and 13.5%of the total abundance respectively.Ascomycota is the absolute dominant flora at the fungal phylum level,accounting for 99.1%.At the genus level,Pantoea,Lactobacillus,and Streptomyces are the dominant bacterial genera at the bacterial genus level,accounting for 35.4%,17.5%and 13.5%.Torulaspora occupies an absolute advantage at the level of fungal flora,accounting for 52.6%.The functional gene prediction analysis of the samples showed that the expression level of certain functions in bacteria was relatively high.
