高校教学改革的“数据迷思”及其超越 被引量:6

The"Data Myth"of College Teaching Reform and Its Transcendence

摘要 随着教育大数据时代的到来,大数据技术深度融入高校教学改革的趋势日益明显。大数据驱动下的高校教学改革既体现了数据对教学过程增效赋能的重要价值,也暴露出数据与教学内在逻辑上的冲突,出现了使高校教学改革事倍功半的“数据迷思”。被数据“裹挟”的师生、“事与愿违”的数据管理、“不说话”的教学数据等现象勾勒出了大数据背景下高校教学改革典型异化场景。在大数据融入高校教学改革实践中以数据逻辑取代教学逻辑、数据对教学过程解构诠释乏力、教学数据价值挖掘短板成为造成上述现象的内在原因。从本质上看,教学与数据在有效性、有限性及有用性上的持续博弈将导致高校教学改革“数据迷思”长期存在,因此高校教学改革必须回归教学本体进而超越“数据迷思”,通过重构教学改革数据观、重塑师生主体地位、还原数据诠释的教学真相、解蔽数据背后的多维价值,最终使大数据对高校教学改革的赋能增效取得事半功倍的效果。 With the advent of the era of big data in education,the trend of deep integration of big data technology into the teaching reform in colleges and universities is increasingly obvious.The teaching reform in colleges and universities driven by big data not only reflects the important value of data in enhancing the efficiency and enabling the teaching process,but also exposes the inherent logical conflict between data and teaching,which leads to the"data myth"that makes the teaching reform in colleges and universities less effective.Such phenomena as teachers and students"trapped"by data,data management"contrary to what one wants",and"silent"teaching data outline the typical alienation scenes of teaching reform in colleges and universities under the background of big data.These predicaments in the practice of integrating big data into teaching reform in colleges and universities can be ascribed to the following reasons:data logic replaces teaching logic;data is weak in the deconstruction and interpretation of teaching process;and teaching data value mining is short.In essence,the continuous game between teaching and data on validity,limitation and usefulness will lead to the long-term existence of"data myth"in the teaching reform of colleges and universities.Therefore,the teaching reform of colleges and universities must return to the teaching ontology to transcend"data myth".By reconstructing the data view of teaching reform,reshaping the principal status of teachers and students,restoring the truth of data interpretation,and revealing the multidimensional value behind data,we finally double the empowerment and efficiency of big data to the teaching reform of colleges and universities with half the effort.
