摘要
职业教育作为与普通教育同等重要的教育类型,承担着直接服务产业发展的重要使命。习近平总书记历来高度重视职业教育,多年来就职业教育改革发展提出了一系列新理念新思想新观点。习近平总书记关于职业教育的重要论述确立了职业教育与普通教育“不同类型同等重要”的类型定位,强化了职业教育服务中国共产党治国理政的政治功能、提供人才和技能支撑的经济功能、促公平保就业扩大中等收入群体的社会功能以及弘扬和培育劳动风尚的文化功能。在习近平总书记关于职业教育重要论述的指引下,职业教育的地位更加突出,发展环境更加友好,体系建设基本完成,办学形式更加灵活多样,促进经济社会发展能力更强。习近平总书记关于职业教育的重要论述具有重大而深远的理论、实践和时代意义。
A type of education as important as general education,vocational education undertakes the significant mission of directly serving industrial development.The CPC Central Committee’s General Secretary Xi Jinping attaches great importance to the reform and development of vocational education,and has put forward a series of relevant new concepts,thoughts and viewpoints over the past years.His important expositions on vocational education have established the orientation of vocational education,namely a type of education"different from general education but equally important",and have strengthened such functions of vocational education as the political function of serving the CPC’s governance of the country,the economic function of providing support for talents and skills,the social function of"expanding the middle-income group"by means of improving equity and employment,and the cultural function of developing the prevailing custom of labor.Under the guidance of his important expositions,vocational education enjoys a more prominent position,a more friendly development environment,a basically-accomplished modern system,more flexible ways of running schools,and a stronger ability to promote economic and social development.Therefore,his important expositions are of great and far-reaching significance in theory and practice in the new era.
