摘要 碳纳米管独特的结构及优异的物理与化学性能决定其具有优良的吸附性能,已在环境保护与食品安全检测领域显示出重要的应用价值。介绍了碳纳米管及改性碳纳米管对大气中存在的典型污染气体分子、水体中重金属离子和有机污染分子等,以及存在于食品添加剂与农药残留中有机分子的吸附作用及检测能力的研究现状。系统阐述了碳纳米管在大气污染、水污染及食品安全检测领域的研究与应用进展,并对碳纳米管在该领域所存在的问题进行了分析,以期为碳纳米管在相关领域今后的进一步研究提供参考。 Carbon nanotubes show important application value in the fields of environmental protection and food safety detection because of its unique structure and outstanding physical and chemical properties,which determines its excellent adsorption performance.The research status of carbon nanotubes and modified carbon nanotubes on the adsorption and detection ability to the typical gas pollution molecules in the atmosphere,heavy metal ions and organic pollution molecules in water,and organic molecules in food additives and pesticide residues is introduced.The research and application progress of carbon nanotubes in the fields of air pollution,water pollution and food safety detection are systematically expounded.Moreover,the existing problems of carbon nanotubes in these fields are analyzed to provide reference for the future further research of carbon nanotubes in related fields.
