大枣多糖对鸡淋巴细胞免疫功能影响的研究 被引量:5

Effect of jujube polysaccharides on immune function of chicken lymphocytes

摘要 试验研究大枣多糖对鸡免疫功能的影响。选取150只、118日龄的乌鸡,随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复10只鸡。产蛋期间,KOBA组乌鸡饲喂不添加药物的配合饲料,ZXMZ组乌鸡饲喂添加0.2 g/kg盐酸左旋咪唑的配合饲料,DZDT1组、DZDT2组和DZDT3组乌鸡饲喂分别饲喂添加1、2和4 g/kg大枣多糖的配合饲料。结果显示:与KOBA组相比,DZDT1组、DZDT2组和DZDT3组乌鸡血清的新城疫病毒(NDV)抗体效价和免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量均极显著升高(P<0.01);DZDT2组乌鸡血清的干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)和白细胞介素-2(IL-2)的分泌量、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)和免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量极显著升高(P<0.01)。与KOBA组相比,DZDT1组、DZDT2组和DZDT3组乌鸡脾的脾指数、脾淋巴细胞刺激指数和脾淋巴细胞坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的分泌量均极显著升高(P<0.01);DZDT2组的白细胞介素-4(IL-4)分泌量极显著提高(P<0.01)。研究表明,配合饲料中添加大枣多糖能够提高蛋鸡的免疫功能,试验条件下,DZDT2组效果相对最佳。 The experiment was to study the effect of jujube polysaccharide on immune function of chickens.150 black chickens at the age of 118 d were selected and divided into five groups with three replicates in each group and ten chickens in each replicate.During laying period,the black chickens in KOBA group were fed with compound feed without adding drugs.The black chickens in ZXMZ group were fed with compound diet supplemented with 0.2 g/kg levamisole hydrochloride.The black chickens in DZDT1 group,DZDT2 group and DZDT3 group were fed with compound diet supplemented with 1,2 and 4 g/kg jujube polysaccharides.The results showed that compared with KOBA group,Newcastle disease virus(NDV)antibody titer and immunoglobulin M(IgM)content in black chicken’s serum of DZDT1group,DZDT2 group and DZDT3 group were extremely increased(P<0.01).The secretion of interferon-γ(IFN-γ)and interleukin-2(IL-2)and the content of immunoglobulin A(IgA)and immunoglobulin G(IgG)in black chicken’s serum of DZDT2 group were extremely increased(P<0.01).Compared with KOBA group,the spleen index,spleen lymphocyte stimulation index and splenic lymphocyte necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)secretion in black chicken’s spleen of DZDT1group,DZDT2 group and DZDT3 group were extremely increased(P<0.01).The secretion of interleukin-4(IL-4)in black chicken’s spleen of DZDT2 group was extremely increased(P<0.01).The experiment indicates that adding jujube polysaccharides in compound diet can improve the immune function of laying hens,and the DZDT2 group has the best effect under experimental conditions.
