摘要
本标准物质以国家有证标准物质氧化锌(编号GBW(E)060310)为原料,以5%HNO3(V/V)溶液为溶剂,制备方法为重量-容量法。采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法对标准物质的均匀性、稳定性进行检测。对定值有影响的各不确定度分量进行评估,全面评定了合成不确定度,并给出了有效期。现已获批国家二级标物。
Our laboratory uses ZnO,the national certified reference material(NCRM)(GBW(E)060310)as the raw material and 5%HNO3(V/V)solution as the solvent.The preparation method is Gravimetric-Volumetric method.ICP-OES was used to detect the uniformity and stability of the developed reference materials,The uncertainty components affecting the fixed value are analyzed,the uncertainty of reference materials is comprehensively evaluated,and the validity period is given.It has been approved as a national secondary reference material.
