摘要
试验旨在探讨发酵苹果渣饲料在妊娠母猪饲养中的应用效果。将32头妊娠母猪随机分成4组,每组8个重复,每个重复1头猪。对照组为基础日粮,试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组分别在基础日粮中添加5%、10%、15%发酵苹果渣饲料。结果显示:试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组母猪的背膘厚度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且试验Ⅱ组母猪背膘厚度增加最多。试验Ⅰ组的仔猪断奶个体均重极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。试验Ⅱ组母猪血清中的总蛋白含量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),试验Ⅲ组母猪血清的谷丙转氨酶活性显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。妊娠75~90 d时,试验组母猪的孕酮浓度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,基础日粮添加10%发酵苹果渣饲料能够促进妊娠母猪的生长发育,提高妊娠母猪的生产性能。
The experiment was to explore the application effect of fermented apple residue feed in the feeding of pregnant sows. 32 pregnant sows were randomly divided into four groups, with eight replicates in each group and one sow in each replicate. The sows in control group were fed with a basal diet, and the sows in experimental group Ⅰ, group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ were fed with diets supplemented with 5%, 10% and 15% fermented apple residue, respectively. The results showed that the backfat thickness of sows in test group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05), and the backfat thickness of sows in test group Ⅱ increased the most. The average weight of weaned piglets in test group Ⅰ was extremely higher than that in control group(P<0.01). Serum total protein content of sows in test group Ⅱ was extremely higher than that in control group(P<0.01), and serum glutamic-pyruvic transaminase activity of sows in test group Ⅲ was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05). From 75 to 90 d of gestation, the progesterone concentration of sows in test groups was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). The experiment indicates that the addition of 10% fermented apple residue feed to basic diet can promote the growth and development of pregnant sows and improve the production performance of pregnant sows.
