摘要
黏度调节剂是改善聚α烯烃(PAO)润滑油黏度适应性的功能添加剂。丙烯酸高级酯较长的烷烃侧链使其在PAO润滑油中具有一定的溶解性,具有作为润滑油黏度调节剂的可能。采用自由基溶液聚合制备了甲基丙烯酸月桂酯-丙烯腈共聚物P(LMA-co-AN),通过红外光谱仪和核磁共振氢谱仪对共聚物结构进行了表征。将共聚物加入聚α烯烃润滑油中,利用旋转流变仪考查了共聚物润滑油溶液的流变行为。结果表明,共聚物在聚α烯烃润滑油中具有较好的增黏和改善润滑油黏温关系的作用,可在一定程度上提高润滑油的耐温性,具有一定的作为聚α烯烃润滑油黏度调节剂的应用前景。
The viscosity modifier was an important functional additive for polyalphaolefin(PAO)lubricating oil.Alkyl acrylates had a certain solubility in PAO lubricating oil due to its long alkane side chain.Alkyl acrylates could be used as viscosity regulator of lubricating oil.The random copolymers poly(lauryl methacrylate-co-acrylonitrile)P(LMA-co-AN)with varied composition ratio were synthesized by free radical solution polymerization and their structure was analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectrometer(1 H NMR).When the copolymer was added into PAO lubricating oil,the rheological behavior of copolymer lubricating oil was studied by rotational rheometer.The results show that copolymer could increase viscosity and improve relationship of viscosity and temperature for PAO lubricating oil.It could improve the temperature resistance of lubricating oil and has a great potential application prospect as viscosity regulator for PAO lubricating oil.
