摘要
主要对搅拌摩擦焊的工艺流程、结构组成、应用及进展进行介绍。搅拌摩擦焊与传统熔焊工艺相比,其能量输入显著降低,焊接过程变形小,从而改善了焊接性能,减少了残余应力、变形和焊缝缺陷等问题。文中主要在搅拌摩擦焊的结构和优点特性上进行着重论述,同时介绍搅拌摩擦焊在汽车、航空航天、制造业等不同行业中的重要作用。最后展望搅拌摩擦焊技术在LNG全容储罐上的运用。
The process flow,structure composition,application and progress of friction stir welding are introduced.Compared with the traditional fusion welding process,the energy input of friction stir welding is significantly reduced,and the welding process deformation is small,thus improving the welding performance,reducing residual stress,deformation and weld defects.This paper mainly discusses the structure and advantages of friction stir welding,and introduces the important role of friction stir welding in automobile,aerospace,manufacturing and other different industries.Finally,the application of friction stir welding technology in LNG full capacity storage tank is prospected.
