摘要 汽车智能化与网联化成为未来汽车产业发展的必然趋势和潮流,各中高职院校也纷纷紧随其势开设了智能网联汽车相关专业和课程。鉴于国家职业教育对于“1+X”证书制度的重点实施以及目前市场对于智能网联汽车人才的迫切需求,各中高职院校亟需建立一个与技能等级证书相衔接的智能网联汽车实训体系,以提升人才培养质量。文中从智能网联汽车岗位需求、智能网联汽车“1+X”技能等级证书、智能网联汽车职业技能竞赛等三方面出发,构建基于“1+X”的课程融通与赛训结合的智能网联汽车实训建设方案,对于提高智能网联汽车技术人才培养质量具有积极作用。 Automotive intelligence and networking is an inevitable trend in the development of future automotive industrialization,and various secondary and higher vocational colleges have followed the trend to set up majors and courses related to intelligent networked vehicles.In view of the national vocational education's key implementation of the"1+X"certificate system and the current market's urgent demand for ICV talents,it is urgent for all secondary and higher vocational colleges to establish an ICV linked to the skill level certificate.Training system to improve the quality of personnel training.This paper starts from three aspects:ICV job requirements,ICV"1+X"skill level certificate,ICV vocational skills competition,etc.,and constructs an intelligent network based on the combination of"1+X"curriculum integration and competition training.The network-connected vehicle training and construction plan has a positive effect on improving the quality of intelligent network-connected vehicle technical personnel training.
