摘要 文章从出版产业的服务化转型切入,兼顾教育者和学习者,探究教育出版的知识服务转型。教育出版的知识服务特性突出,有可能在未来发展成为以教育为呈现形式的知识服务活动。在产业边界日渐模糊的当下,知识服务是教育出版所涉及的出版、教育、科技和媒介四大产业融合的结果。教育出版的知识服务转型趋向人格化、场景化、智能化与公平化,能够为学习者提供复合型的知识解决方案,进一步助推教育教学创新。 From the perspective of service-oriented transformation of publishing industry,this paper explores the transformation of knowledge service of educational publishing based on calculating the factors of educators and learners.The knowledge service in educational publishing has unique features,and it will become a knowledge service activity in the form of education in the future.With the increasingly blurred industrial boundaries,knowledge service is the result of the convergence of publishing,education,technology and media industries involved in educational publishing.The knowledge service transformation of education publishing tends to be personalized,situational,intelligent and fair,which provides learners with compound knowledge solutions and thus further promote education and teaching innovation.
