摘要
以智慧芽专利数据库检索结果为分析样本,对动力电池梯次利用专利的申请发展趋势、主要申请人、分布区域、技术领域和技术路线进行分析。梯次利用技术处于成长期,专利年申请量超100件,申请人以电力企业和高校院所为主;北京和广东的申请量较突出;技术领域以H01M10、H02J7和G01R31为主;技术路线侧重于研究应用场景,其中储能系统是研究热点。对我国动力电池梯次利用企业的研发生产和专利布局提出了建议。
The retrieval results of the Patsnap patent database were taken as analysis samples,the development trend,main applicants,distribution areas,technical fields and technical routes of the echelon utilization patent of power battery were analyzed.The echelon utilization technology was in the growth stage with over 100 patent applications per year.The applicants were mainly electric power enterprises and universities,the number of applications in Beijing and Guangdong was outstanding,the main technical fields were H01M10,H02J7 and G01R31,the technical route focused on application scenarios in which energy storage system research were hot.Some suggestions on research and development,production and patent layout of power battery echelon utilization enterprises in China were put forward.
