摘要
为以实际行动迎接党的二十大胜利召开,政府部门如何更好地优化营商环境,再次成为备受关注的话题。在中国社会科学院IGDS项目组华南地区调查问卷数据分析的基础上,分析其营商环境现状,结果显示公众对营商环境建设6大维度的满意程度均高于全国平均水平。以广东省为例,提出通过三位一体的方式构建包容性营商环境的新路径。根据调研数据并结合地区特征给出建设性政策建议,为更好地构建开放包容的新营商环境提供参考。
To greet the successfully convening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China with practical actions,how government departments can better optimize the business environment has once again become a topic of concern.Based on the analysis of questionnaire data of the Inclusive Green Development Survey(IGDS)Project Team of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in South China,the current situation is analyzed of the business environment of it.The results show that the public satisfaction with the six dimensions of business environment construction is higher than that of the national average level.And Guangdong Province is taken as an example to propose a new path for an inclusive business environment through a trinity approach.Constructive policy suggestions are proposed according to the survey data and combined with regional characteristics,so as to provide reference for better building an open and inclusive new business environment.
