摘要
目的分析灸法治疗癌因性疲乏文献的特点。方法采用文献计量学的方法,检索中国知网、万方、维普三大中文数据库自建库开始至2021年10月28日收录的有关灸法治疗癌因性疲乏研究的相关文献。结果共纳入文献131篇。我国对于灸法治疗癌因性疲乏的文献研究整体上呈上升趋势;作者发文量介于1~3篇,研究作者尚未形成核心力量,研究机构以中医医院和中医药高校为主,131篇文献发表于89本期刊上,整体上研究质量有待提高;灸法治疗癌因性疲乏选择的穴位多样化,主要是足三里、关元、气海、中脘、神阙等穴位;关键词主要有灸法、癌因性疲乏、艾灸、肿瘤、生活质量、化疗等;灸法有8种。结论灸法能有效改善癌因性疲乏,但在文献质量和灸法标准化研究仍需进行更深入的研究。
Objective To analyze the characteristics of literature on the treatment of cancer-related fatigue(CRF)with moxibustion.Methods Bibliometric methods was used for the analysis of the relevant literature on the treatment of CRF with moxibustion.The literature was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data and VIP database since its establishment to October 28,2021.Results A total of 131 articles were included.The amount of the literature on the treatment of CRF with moxibustion in China shows an overall upward trend in recent years.Each author had a publication quantity of 1-3 articles,and the authors have not yet formed a research group.The research institutions are mainly distributed in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)hospitals and TCM colleges and universities.The 131 papers are published in 89 journals,and the overall quality of the research needs to be improved.The acupoint selection for the moxibustion treatment of CRF is diversified,covering the acupoints of Zusanli(ST36),Guanyuan(CV4),Qihai(CV6),Zhongwan(CV12),Shenque(CV8),etc..The key words involve moxibustion,cancer-related fatigue(CRF),moxibustion,tumors,quality of life,and chemotherapy,etc..There are 8 kinds of moxibustion.Conclusion Moxibustion can effectively improve CRF,but more high quality and standardized researches are still needed in the future study.
